Somaliland Animal Rescue Service (SAR-SERVICE) is a none-profit Charity, & Social Enterprise Company that serves the stray and homeless Pets (Dogs, Cats) & Donkeys in the Main cities of Somaliland Hargeisa, Borama, Berbera, Wajale, Burao, Gebilay, Erigavo, Las-anod and surrounding area.
SAR-SERVICE formed January 23 2017 after a group of (6) six concerned citizens decided that the stray the homeless Animal (dogs) in Somaliland. We believe that our moral duty as humane Muslim faith is to help & assist the animals to the best of our ability. To lead us the acceptance of Allah, and seek god’s mercy and forgiveness to enter (Jannah).
We have no major philosophies, but we believe that animals (Dogs) have a right to food, shelter, comfort, and life like we do. We were perhaps born to alleviate the suffering of these neglected four-legged animals (Dogs), our soul mates from the animal welfare.
We rely on mainly government funds, Grants, Public donations and fund-raising events to sustain our charity company.
